TRAINING & PLACEMENT PLAN (PRADERO MODEL)
- Corporate TieUp for Placement. Note: Selection of candidates (below mentioned programs) would be based on PEBS Report.
- PIPL-TPS Team would liaison with the Corporates on their Fresher Hiring (Scope/Skillset) Plan.
- On-Roll Placement (Hire & Train/Train & Hire – mode) – Based on the PEBS Report.
- Contract Staffing Assignments – Based on the PEBS Report.
- Lateral Placements (Skill-Based)
- Internal Placements (Based on the BU Needs).
Note: Successful Candidates (Post Internship/ OJT) would be eligible.
- PIPL-TPS Team would liaison with Internal Stakeholders on their Fresher Hiring (Scope/Skillset) Plan.
- On-Roll Placement or Contract Staffing Assignments.
