TRAINING & PLACEMENT PLAN (PRADERO MODEL)

  • Corporate TieUp for Placement. Note: Selection of candidates (below mentioned programs) would be based on PEBS Report.
    • PIPL-TPS Team would liaison with the Corporates on their Fresher Hiring (Scope/Skillset) Plan.
    • On-Roll Placement (Hire & Train/Train & Hire – mode) – Based on the PEBS Report.
    • Contract Staffing Assignments – Based on the PEBS Report.
    • Lateral Placements (Skill-Based)
  • Internal Placements (Based on the BU Needs).
    Note:
    Successful Candidates (Post Internship/ OJT) would be eligible.
  • PIPL-TPS Team would liaison with Internal Stakeholders on their Fresher Hiring (Scope/Skillset) Plan.
  • On-Roll Placement or Contract Staffing Assignments.
